Rufio disbanded quite a few years ago at this point, but if you want to feel entirely nostalgic for awhile, take some time to listen to their discography. Seriously. I've started this introductory post explaining why I decided to depart from Wine Filled Sippy Cups for 5 years now, but have yet to complete it.
